Who are we
looking for?
Are you ambitious and willing to face new, interesting, professional challenges? Theoretical background from school or studies is just the beginning of a career path, however, what you really need is professional experience. Do you want to gain skills in an international company? If you’re studying or you’re just about to graduate, Martin Bauer Polska offers paid internships lasting 1-3 months. We are waiting for you.
When?
Recruitment of interns is carried out at the turn of March and April. We announce a list of available internships online as well as at the largest universities in Wielkopolska and career offices.

We meet selected candidates in our head office so that you can get to know us better and, above all, learn more about how we work. During the interview, we will have an opportunity to learn more about you and your expectations.
Introductory
period
Introductory period is supervised by experienced employees. During that time interns learn about our company, our values and principles and the challenges which await them on their career path.
